SERVICES
Individual Therapy
This form of counseling is a one-on-one space where you can talk openly with a therapist in a private, supportive, and non-judgmental setting. Together, we will explore what you are experiencing, work through challenges, and move toward healing, clarity, and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you.
Family Therapy
This form of counseling is designed to support families as they work through challenges, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and better understand one another. Together, we will create a supportive space where each person can feel heard, valued, and understood.
Couples Therapy
This form of counseling is designed to strengthen family relationships by improving communication, increasing understanding, resolving conflict, and supporting healthier ways of relating to one another.
Court-Related Clinical Support
This form of counseling is designed to support individuals and families experiencing court involvement, co-parenting challenges, custody-related stress, or high-conflict family dynamics. Services may include counseling, behavioral health screening, parent-focused support, treatment planning, care coordination, and professional collaboration with attorneys, schools, physicians, and other providers when clinically appropriate. These services are supportive and therapeutic in nature and are not intended to replace court-ordered forensic evaluations, custody evaluations, or legal services.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy
EMDR is a type of therapy that can help reduce the emotional distress connected to traumatic or painful memories. It is often used to support clients who feel stuck in past experiences and want to begin healing in a gentle, structured way.
Immigration Evaluations
I provide comprehensive, trauma-informed immigration evaluations to support individuals navigating the immigration process. Each evaluation is conducted in a compassionate, respectful, culturally responsive environment where your story is heard with care and without judgment.
The evaluation process includes a comprehensive clinical interview, a review of relevant personal and psychosocial history, and a detailed written report prepared to support immigration-related legal proceedings. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space while delivering a thorough, objective evaluation that accurately reflects your experiences and emotional well-being throughout the process.
The PROCESS
01.
BOOK CONSULTATION
Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. During our brief, no-obligation consultation, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether my approach feels like the right fit for you. My goal is simply to provide a comfortable space where you can begin the conversation without pressure.
02.
SCHEDULE THERAPY INTAKE
Therapy is most effective when there is a strong therapeutic connection. If we both feel that we're a good fit during your consultation, we'll schedule your intake appointment and begin building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, collaboration, and understanding. This is where we start getting to know your story and creating a plan that feels right for you.
03.
BEGIN YOUR TRANSFORMATION
Healing doesn't happen overnight, and there is no "right" pace. Once therapy begins, we'll work together to explore your story, build meaningful coping skills, and better understand the patterns that have shaped your life. Along the way, my hope is that you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move toward healing, clarity, and lasting growth—one step at a time.
